Change (aka A Cat's Worst Nightmare)

Wow! Has it really been MORE THAN TWO YEARS since we've done a post? That's crazy. And totally Mom's fault, because you know the servants are supposed to do the typing.

There's so much that's new around here. Some we like and some we don't. As you saw in one of our previous posts before the two year hiatus, we have a D.O.G. That's right...a dog. Her name is Apache and she is a MONSTER OF EPIC PROPORTIONS! The humans like her, though, so that's all we'll say about that.

There's also another baby. A human one. He's ok. We liked him better when he slept most of the time, but now he crawls around on all fours PRETENDING TO BE ONE OF US, but he's not. We usually stay far away from him, too. It's not that we don't like him, but we're not sure he can be trusted. He seems to like the dog too much.

Here's a picture of the new (1 year old) baby:

What do you think, Furiends? Trust him or not?

We're glad to hear from you again, and glad that there's so much good news to report. The human kitten is mighty cute, and if he stays with the d*g, he'll leave you cats alone!

That is a good point!

We would be very careful of that little one. They like to pull tails. Good luck. Hope the dog is nice.

It's so nice to see you Country Cats!! Our Fin left us for the bridge in May but Kitten Quill came shortly behind and is the new blogger in the house. I think the human looks trustworthy!

Mom

I'm still just a kitten but he looks untrustworthy....

We are sorry to hear about Fin, but Quill is lovely.

Hey! So nice to hear from you guys! We're sorry about the d.o.g. And the little sticky person. He's kinda cute...but we've never trusted those little peeps. We'd stay clear of him if we were you.

So nice to see you posting! That little human is pretty cute, but they sure do move quickly, don't they?!
