Well the good thing about rain is it does always go away eventually. So spend a nice day in the dry warmth of the house secure in the knowledge that the birdies will be out to play soon ... and then you can get 'em!
Hi, Glad to meet you! We didn't get 11 inches of snow like Parker but we have 2" of snow covered with ice......and.......the beans forgot to feed the birds! =^Y^=the Cat Street Boyz
I was going to say the same thing as Daisy! I wonder where birds do go when it rains? Do the poor things huddle on the innermost branches of trees, hoping to find shelter under the foliage? Naturalists, respondez s'il vous plais (or sumfink)!
Sorry to keep you in suspenders. I'm going to have to explain about Pinky's visitor! Unfortunately s/he isn't a permanent resident or staying guest:(
I do not know where the birdies go when it rains or snows; only that I do not see them while it is falling. We prefer snow to rain, though...our Mom is a real snowbunny!

Yeah rain is way better than snow. It's warmer...
If the rain doesn't go away, maybe some ducks will come to play:)
Yucky rainy days. At least you have a good spot to watch.
